GOLD MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
Our Gold Management Contract annual fee is £275 plus 20% of
all bookings handled by us
The Gold Management package includes: Your own personal web
page with unique address including hosting for one year,
designed by one of our team, advertising your property on
our web sites plus other top holiday rental sites. Meet &
Greet, Key holding which includes regular property
inspections.
Through several different rental sources, including our own
advertising and extensive worldwide web-site's, we will work
to maximise the rental rate and occupancy potential of each
property.

dealt with. A monthly report will be sent to you by e-mail,
Minor problems will be reported by e-mail, all major
problems will immediately be reported by telephone. We can
arrange for tradesmen to attend your property as required.
Waiting for tradesmen or deliveries our Call out service 30
Euros plus 10 Euros a hour will be charged.
Any damage will be recorded on digital camera, whereby
images can be emailed to the owner.
Bookings and Lettings Handled By Premier Villas -
Contract
Handling enquiries from clients. Vetting clients to make
sure they are suitable. Handling client complaints. Keeping
booking calendars and availability charts. Keep spreadsheet
records of all your rentals. Managing all bookings, taking
deposits and payments and banking them for our owners,
holding damage deposits and making relevant deductions if
any damages. (A full property check will be made before
releasing the damage deposits back to the clients).
Issuing clients with booking conditions, directions and
arrival instructions. Maintaining telephone or email contact
with the clients from the first enquiry until they leave for
Spain. Provide details on how everything works, where to
dispose of rubbish, informing them of house rules and giving
information on local restaurants, local attractions etc. All
administrative tasks pertaining to the above. Our number
will be left with the guests in case of emergency and they
will be able to contact us at any time. the cost of this
service is 20% of the weekly rental charge. The 20% fees are
deducted from the initial booking deposit and the balance is
sent direct to the owners. There is NO restrictions on the
amount of weeks that are available to you for 'personal
use'. Your property is yours to use as you wish. However, if
you take your own bookings, or require changeovers for
"family and friends", these will be charged according to
"Pay as you go" changeover clean. We will be available to
supply keys to yourselves and your guests if they should be
lost. Guests will be charged 50 Euros for any replacement
keys needed. We will act as the emergency contact for your
guests at no extra charge.

We undertake to carry out the service in a professional
manner.
We will visit the property after each letting, giving it a
thorough clean before the next clients arrive. Check all
contents against inventory, Perform a visual inspection of
the interior and exterior, Thoroughly air all rooms, Check
for pest & vermin and recommend remedial action, Test all
appliances & electrical equipment, Examine all furniture &
furnishings for wear & tear, Check all sanitary equipment &
plumbing, Ensure all security services & equipment are
functional, Water all house and terrace plants. Turning off
appliances when the property is empty.
(Owners should provide at least 2, preferably 3, sets of
bedding and towels to allow for any 'accidents' by guests
and for same day changeovers). Any damage will be recorded
on digital camera, whereby images can be emailed to the
owner.
SLIVER MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
Our Sliver Management Contract annual fee is £225 plus 20%
of all bookings handled by us

This service is useful for those only letting on an
infrequent basis
We will visit the property after each letting, giving it a
thorough clean before your next clients arrive.

rooms, Check for pest & vermin and recommend remedial
action, Test all appliances & electrical equipment, Examine

plants. Turning off appliances when the property is empty.

(Can be used to liaise with deliveries or tradesmen, access
to property for maintenance and repairs, or in an emergency)
Pool Maintenance Start From 50 Euros per month
All pools are individually priced on a yearly contract basis
and include all chemicals. The yearly pool contract consists
of twice-weekly pool cleaning during the busy summer months,
May to September, and weekly pool cleaning visits during the
winter months, October to April. The chemical levels of the
pool are closely monitored and adjusted according to
maintain a safe and sanitised swimming environment
Garden Maintenance
We can maintain your garden on a monthly contract basis.
Offering competitive, tailored pricing to suit each
individual garden. And arrange a package to suit your
requirements.
Guest Services ; Welcome Pack Actual Cost plus 5 Euros.
We are able to supply you with a welcome pack - which will
include milk, coffee, teabags, sugar, water, wine, bread,
preserves, cereals, 6 pack beer.
Advertising Package Only
This not only gives you a great opportunity to get results
from Premier Villas but can also be a great aid for you in
letting your property. You can use your personal web address
to give people instant access to details and pictures of
your property. You can use your web address on your brochure
and business cards, it can make a big difference

ALL THIS FOR Annual fee of Just £45 or €65
Each home gets its own page on our three web sites including
pictures and comprehensive write-up. We also have links
through other web-sites and agents in the UK where your home
will be promoted.
Airport Service - Start from 25 Euros
Cost dependent on length of journey. - It is often quite a
nerve racking experience driving in another country,
especially if you do not know the area, so we would arrange
to pick up your guests from Alicante or Murcia airports, and
transfer them to your property. We can then arrange local
car hire at reasonable rates, or return them to the airport
at the end of their stay. (This service should be confirmed
at least 4 weeks before departure and we can accommodate up
to 6 guests at a time).
Meet and Greet- Start from 30 Euros
This is needed if you only have the Sliver or Bronze
Management Contract or 'Pay As You Go' Changeover Cleaning
Contract. This service is FREE with Our Gold Management
package for bookings we manage.
Whilst many property management companies restrict the
amount of weeks that are available to you for 'personal
use', we offer no such 'penalties' Your property is yours to
use as you wish. However, if you take your own bookings, or
require changeovers for "family and friends", these will be
charged according to "Pay as you go" changeover clean".
The fees charged by us are easily recouped by regular
letting and it is our intention to make sure that each
booking goes as smoothly as possible
